Management TeamRob Quartel, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer As Chairman and CEO, Rob sets the strategic direction for the company. A former Member of the U.S.-Federal Maritime Commission, and an internationally recognized expert in maritime and U.S. transportation policy, Rob's experience spans energy, transportation, safety and environmental regulatory matters, and other public policy issues. Rob is a prolific writer and speaker, frequently cited in the media and called upon for expert testimony. He has been a senior policy advisor to numerous public figures and to the Congress. He received his undergraduate degree at Rice University in Biology and received a Masters in Public and Private Management from Yale University's School of Organization and Management. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and numerous public policy and security advisory bodies. Dhiren Patel, President and Chief Operating Officer As President and COO, Dhiren has been instrumental in developing the company's technology direction and has led several of its development teams. Dhiren oversees the company's international business and was instrumental in developing the Truck Control System operating in Aqaba, Jordan. With over twenty years of transportation, logistics, and technology experience. Dhiren was a consultant with McKinsey & Company and a co-founder for Global Inroads, Inc., an international logistics firm based in the U.S. and Russia. He received his college degree from Princeton University in Economics and an MBA from the University of Chicago in Finance. Eric Chasin, Vice President - Technology As Vice President - Technology and leader of the NTEL·X Analytics and Information Solutions Group (A&IS), Eric oversees both the design and development of software and technical solutions implemented for each client. Eric has been involved in software development and management for twenty five years. He was a co-founder of SupplyLinks, a company focused on deploying web-based, multi-modal transportation solutions. Prior to SupplyLinks, Eric led technology development for Ajilon, James Martin & Company, and Computer Associates. While at Computer Associates, he worked on the U.S. Customs tariff collection system, ACS. He received his college degree from the University of Maryland in Engineering. Robert Rosenberg, Chief Financial Officer As Chief Financial Officer, Robert oversees the financial, corporate administration, and contracting functions of the organization. Robert has fifteen years of financial experience, at both large and small companies. Prior Robert held finance and asset management positions at two wholly owned subsidiaries of Goldman Sachs - Archon Group and Goldman Sachs Realty Japan. He received his undergraduate degrees at Brown University.
